Most memorable ultra performance: Flat Rock '96 - popped my ankle twice, bad the second time, still finished, but didn't run much for 4 months.

Injuries: Many small trauma injuries, no major injuries.

Favorite ultra(s): Leadville, Flat Rock - These are also the only ultras I have DNF'ed.
